Einkorn Sourdough Bread

An Ancient Grain. A Better Loaf.

Long before modern wheat, there was einkorn—one of the earliest cultivated grains known to man, dating back more than 10,000 years. First discovered in the Fertile Crescent, einkorn has remained largely untouched by modern hybridization, preserving its original character and nutritional integrity.

At Wild Dough, we honor that history.

We source our einkorn grain locally and mill it fresh in-house, capturing its full flavor and natural goodness. Blended with our bread flour and brought to life through slow sourdough fermentation using our starter, The Chief, this loaf offers a softer texture, rich depth, and a truly distinctive eating experience.

Simple. Honest. Ancient.
